Publication protocol

Ligated plasmids were transformed into INVαF′ competent cells (Thermo Fisher Scientific Life Sciences). Transformed cells were grown on X-Gal/IPTG plates, the recombinants selected and grown overnight before plasmid isolations, using the Monarch Plasmid Miniprep Kit (New England BioLabs, Inc.).
