Publication protocol

For immunoblotting analysis, NeuT or p140 cells were released from Matrigel-Collagen gels using BD cell recovery solution (BD Biosciences) and protein were extracted with RIPA buffer (50 mM Tris (pH7.5), 150 mM NaCl, 1% Triton X100, 1% Na Deoxycolate, 0.1% SDS and protease inhibitors). Cell lysates were centrifuged at 13,000 g for 15 min and the supernatants were collected and assayed for protein concentration using the Bio-Rad protein assay method (Biorad, Hercules, CA, USA). Proteins were run on SDS–PAGE under reducing conditions.
