Publication protocol

Tumor tissues were cut into pieces and lysed with RIPA buffer [42] (50 mM Tris-HCl, 150 mM NaCl, 0.5% sodium desoxycholate, 0.1% SDS, 5 mM EDTA, 2 mM PMSF, 20 mg/ml aprotinin, 20 mg/ml leupeptin, 10 mg/ml pepstatin A, 150 mM benzamidine, and 1% Nonidet P-40) for 30min on ice, followed by centrifugalization, supernatant was collected for protein quantification. A total of 40μg of protein was added in a 4–12% gel and probed with according antibodies as previously described.
