differentiation, 2.5×105 cells were seeded into 15 ml polypropylene culture tubes. The cells were centrifuged at 150 × g for 5 min at room temperature. The caps of the tubes were loosened by one half turn to allow gas exchange, and the tubes were incubated at 37°C, in a humidified atmosphere of 5% CO2.	After 24 h, freshly prepared Complete Chondrogenic Medium (Cyagen Biosciences, Inc.) was to each tube.
