Affymetrix miRNA microarray
Quality of RNA was tested as described above. 1 μg of total RNA was Biotinylated using FlashTag Biotin RNA Labeling Kit according to the manufacturer’s protocol (Genisphere LLC). Labeled product was hybridized to Affymetrix miRNA microarrays (n = 8; GeneChip® miRNA 3.0) followed by washing, staining and scanning as described elsewhere.
