Annexin V-FITC

Apoptosis assay cell type - PC-3

Experiment
Apoptosis assay cell type - PC-3
Product
Annexin V-FITC from Beyotime
Manufacturer
Beyotime

Protocol tips

Upstream tips
- Cells were treated with different concentrations
of vitexicarpin for 24h after overnight culture.

Publication protocol

Apoptosis of PC-3 cells were determined using
Annexin V-FITC/PI double staining Apoptosis Detection
Kit. PC-3 cells were cultured in 6-well plates, incubated
overnight, and then exposed to different concentrations
of vitexicarpin for 24h. The cells were trypsinized,
washed twice with ice-chilled PBS and collected through centrifugation (1000rpm for 5 min, 4˚C). The cell
pellets were resuspended in binding buffer and stained
sequentially with Annexin V-FITC and PI as manufacture’s instructions. Flow cytometry was performed on Beckman Coulter, Epics XL (USA) and data were recorded using Cell Quest software
