	The melanoma cell lines A375 (ATCC® CRL-1619; VA, USA) were purchased from American Type Culture Collection (ATCC). All cell lines had been tested for mycoplasma. A375 cells were cultured in DMEM (Gibco, Thermo Fisher, MA, USA), supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS)/1% penicillin-streptomycin (Gibco). The TRIF siRNA (s531859) and negative control siRNA (4390843) were bought from ThermoFisher. A375 cells were transfected with siRNAs using Lipofectamine RNAiMAX Reagent (ThermoFisher).
