	HEK293T cells were seeded in 12-well plates (3×105/well) at 24 h before transfection. Cells were transfected with 100 nM of SMARTpool ON-TARGET plus siRNA specific for CDK1 (L003224), CDK2 (L003236), or a scramble control (Dharmacon) using Trans-IT TKO (Mirus) according to manufacturer’s protocol and two rounds of transfection were performed as described (St Gelais et al., 2014).
