Publication protocol

CAOV3 and A2780 cells were transfected with miR-340 mimic for 24 h. After transfection, cells were harvested and washed twice in PBS and double-stained with Annexin V-FITC and PI by using the Annexin V-FITC Apoptosis Detection Kit (BD Biosciences, USA) following the manufacturer's protocols. Then, each sample was quantitatively analyzed at 488 nm emission and 570 nm excitation by FACSCalibur flow cytometer (BD Biosciences, USA).
