	MLO-Y4 cells (1×105/well) were plated in type-I collagen coated six-well culture plates, and then transfected with various concentrations (12.5nM, 25nM, 50nM and 100nM) of Atg5 siRNA oligo cocktail (Stealth siRNAs: MSS247019, MSS247020, MSS247021, from Thermo Fisher®, USA) or negative control using Lipofectamine® 3000 Transfection Reagent (Invitrogen®, USA) following the manufacturer’s protocol. The cells were harvested 24hrs after transfection.
