	"Stealth RNAi Negative Control Duplex and Stealth RNAi against MMP15 were obtained from Invitrogen. Mission siRNAs against the other genes were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich (St Louis, MO). C6 cells that stably expressed Raichu-Rac1 were transfected with 20 mM siRNA by using Lipofectamine 2000 (Invitrogen). After 2 days of transfection, cells were used for invasion assay, qPCR or FRET imaging. The siRNA sequences are shown in supplementary material Tables S5."
