The distribution of LGR5, CD44 and CD54 on human gastric cancer cells was assessed by flow cytometry using a PE-conjugated mouse anti-human LGR5 mAb (OriGene, Rockville, MD), FITC-conjugated rat anti-human CD44 antibody and APC-conjugated mouse anti-human CD54 antibody (eBioscience, US).
