Publication protocol

Cells were plated in 96-well culture plates (4 × 103 cells per well) and treated with required compounds. After treatment, cell viability was measured by CCK8 assay (Dojindo Laboratories, Kumamoto, Japan) according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Three or four independent experiments were performed for each assay condition. The optical density values obtained for treatment wells were normalized to that of the control group.
