Publication protocol

The trypsinized cells were stained by trypan blue for counting of viable cells. Then the single cell suspension was seeded in 96-well plates with 2 × 104 cell per well. After overnight incubation, the mir3686 mimic and scramble control were added into each well accordingly. Then the cell proliferation was determined at the indicated time points by using MTS Cell Proliferation Colorimetric Assay kit (Biovision, Milpitas, CA, USA) according manufacturer's instruction.
