Quantitative PCR (qPCR): For isolation of total RNA, Isogen (Nippon Gene, Tokyo, Japan) was added to siRNA-transfected cells, non-transfected NBT-L2b cells, and NBT-T1 cells. qPCR was performed with the QuantiTect® SYBR® Green RT-PCR Kit (Qiagen) according to the manufacturer’s protocol.
