Publication protocol

The neutral comet assay was performed following infection, etoposide (Sigma) treatment, or cisplatin (Sigma) treatment of single cells derived from organoids using the kit from Trevigen (4250-050-K), following the manufacturer's protocol. Images were acquired using a fluorescent microscope (LeicaDMR). The percentage of DNA in the tail was quantified using the softwareCometScore (TriTek 2.0)
