Publication protocol

Alkaline comet assays were performed on mouse MECs engineered with CRISPR/Cas9 (gPlant/gRosa26/gNumb/ or gBrca1) using the CometAssay kit (Trevigen, 4250-050-K) according to the manufacturer’s instructions. ~ 100-300 cells were analyzed in each experiment.
