• Antibody of interest is labeled with a donor fluorophore (a LANCE Europium chelate). • The second molecule is labeled with an acceptor fluorophore (ULight™ dye). • This kit is designed to quantify the levels of DNA (from different hosts, either double- or single-stranded and of varying fragment sizes) in cell culture supernatants.	• Sensitivity: Lower Detection Limit (LDL): 54.5 pg/mL • Lower Limit of Quantification (LLOQ): 266.3 pg/mL • EC50: 50.1 ng/mL • Dynamic range: Kit designed to detect DNA between: 54.5– 30,000 pg/mL
